Blase

Rapper Blase, who made a strong impression in “Show Me The Money 11,” has become a new family member of the Groovy Room.

Label at Area, founded by producing team Groovyroom, announced the news of its exclusive contract with Blase on its official SNS account on the 6th. “Artist Blase is joined by At Area,” he said, releasing a new profile photo of stylish Blase.

Earlier, At Area released the phrase “Up Next at Area New Artist” and a silhouette image, which made people curious. Shortly after the news of Dunn’s recruitment was reported, various speculations were poured out among music fans. The veiled protagonist was Blase, who unleashed his potential with “Show Me The Money 11.”

Groovyroom said, “I usually liked Blase’s style of music. “I sent a lot of love calls during ‘Show Me the Money 11’ together, and I’m happy to finally be with you,” he said.

“At Area looks the most like the ideal label I’ve been thinking about,” Blase said. “I want to work as a rapper who is recognized not only in Korea but also on the global stage in the future.”

Blase won the attention of hip-hop fans by reaching the final in “Show Me The Money 11,” which ended on December 30 last year. He has consistently gained love for his outstanding sense of rhythm, diction, and undulating rapping. In particular, he received favorable reviews for performing the most hip-hop performance among the participants, drawing keen attention to his future moves.

At Area has recently expanded its artist lineup with the joining of Dunn and Blase following R&B artists Gemini and Miran, emerging as a trendy label.
