How much cheaper will Samsung GalaxyS23 be?
There is a possibility that Samsung Electronics will adopt a cost-cutting strategy for the Galaxy S23 standard model that will be released early next year.
Citing Twitter from IT tipster @chunvn88888, IT media SamMobile reported on the 10th (local time) that Samsung Electronics can downgrade the haptic feedback specifications of this year’s Galaxy S23 standard model.
Earlier this year, Samsung Electronics installed a more improved haptic feedback function in the Galaxy S22 series. The IT tipster said Samsung Electronics will install the same haptic feedback as its predecessor on the GalaxyS23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra models, but it can lower the price by downloading it on the standard Galaxy S23.
In response, SamMobile said, “Even if this prospect is true, there is no guarantee that the price of GalaxyS23 will be lower than that of its predecessor,” adding, “Samsung Electronics can try to fill the gap with the FE (Fan Edition) series with the cheaper Galaxy S23.”
Although Samsung Electronics did not release the Galaxy S22 FE model this year, it is predicted that it will be able to release it next year.
The Galaxy S23 is expected to come in a total of three models: the 6.1 inch basic model, the 6.6 inch professional model, and the 6.8 inch ultra model, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to be upgraded by improving the quality of low-light photos due to improved CIS performance.
Some predict that Samsung will advance the release of the Galaxy S23 series to December this year or January next year, not February next year.
